Bagua Training Course

The Chinese Martial Art of Ba Gua Zhang (new spelling) Pa Kwa Chang (old spelling) is not just an effective fighting system it is also a way to good health and spiritual transformation.
I have put some more information about this facinating martial arts style here Bagua There is also a vast amount of information in my book Training Manual of The Institute of Chinese Martial Arts.
Students receive a free copy of this book once they start the course.

Anyone can join this course, it is not necessary to have studied martial arts before.
The most important thing is to have Wu De (martial virtue) This means honour, respect and truth.
If you can kick high and punch with speed and power but do not have Wu De you have achieved nothing.

The Training Course has three levels.

Level one is the beginers level, level two is the intermediate level and level three is the advanced level. Each level has testing at the end. You must complete the full content and pass the test of each level before you can ascend to the next level. When you have completed the content and test of level three you have completed the course.

The course takes place every Friday from 9.30 am till 12.30 pm
The cost of each of these three hour training sessions is £25

You can join the course at any time, on any friday. The course does not last for a fixed period of time because some people learn quickly whilst others learn slowly. So each student will work their way through the levels under my supervision at their own speed.
