Sunday night classes 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm - cost £10 for each class
From the beggining of February this class will move to Thursday nights and be from 6.00 till 7.30pm
This class is to learn the single person empty hand forms of
Tai Chi Chuan ( Taiji Quan )
Pa Kwa Chang ( Bagua Zhang )
Wu Tang Shan Chuan ( Wudang Shan Quan )
Wednesday night classes 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm - cost £10 for each class
From the beggining of February this class will be from 6.00 till 7.30pm
This class is to learn the two person fighting forms and combat/self defence/fighting techniques/methods of
Tai Chi Chuan ( Taiji Quan )
Pa Kwa Chang ( Bagua Zhang )

Directions
By bus it is a 5 minutes journey from East Finchley Tube Station, just
take the 263 bus north up the High Road and get off at the Oak Lane bus
stop, just across the road is a cafe and newsagents, from
here you walk down Lewis Gardens which takes you to
Lankaster Gardens.
The distance from East Finchley Tube station to Lankaster
Gardens is
less than one mile, to walk it would take about 15 minutes.

Pauls classes are for both beginers and advanced students and
contain
training in Tai Chi Chuan and Pa kua Chang and Wutang Shan
Nei Jia Chuan, these three styles are all Martial Arts, Healing Arts
and Meditation.
Just say which style you would like to learn and Paul will teach you,
if you learn fast he will teach you fast, if you learn slowly he will
teach you slowly.
Students who want to learn fa jin and dim mak and how to use Tai Chi
Chuan and Pa Kua Chang and Wudang Shan Nei Jia Chuan as martial arts
just
have to
ask and they will be taught these
skills.
Students who are more interested in the the chi kung and the healing
aspects of these styles and their use as a moving meditation will be
taught
these abilities.
And those who want both the martial and the healing to have a yin -
yang balance in their lives will get the most benifit because
its best to be able to defeat opponents and disease.
